WHAT IS INTENSIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY
A revolutionary approach to healing
Intensive psychotherapy is a relatively short-term dynamic approach that gives clients faster results and fuller resolution for sudden or persistent issues in a concentrated period of time. It is not simply longer therapy — it is a fundamentally different therapeutic container.
An intensive session allows you to access considerably more personal material, which can be processed and repaired much faster than in traditional weekly therapy. The compressed format creates conditions for breakthroughs that can take months to reach in a 50-minute weekly model — offering immediate relief from suffering, symptom relief, and a deeper understanding of oneself.
Intensives are not just for targeting traumatic or distressing experiences. They can also enhance emotional and psychological resilience, performance, and overall well-being for anyone ready to go deeper.

For Individuals
Individual intensive psychotherapy provides a focused, accelerated environment to address deep emotional pain, process trauma, and develop stabilization strategies. This approach integrates brain-body therapies, offering an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, reprocess painful memories, and regain emotional stability before continuing regular therapy.
Using brain-body modalities for "rewiring" — changing the neurons in your brain through targeted and effective interventions. In the process, engage your body's physical feelings and sensations as well as your natural wisdom. The result is a personalized journey to well-being and growth.
For Relationships
Relationship intensives help stabilize emotional distress, develop skills to reconnect, and create a framework for future relational growth. We address deep-seated issues and promote relational healing in a way that weekly couples sessions often cannot reach.
The goal is to prepare couples or relationship constellations for continued work with their primary therapist — or to provide the tools to support the relationship post-integration. Whether you're in a monogamous partnership, an ENM constellation, or navigating intentional uncoupling, relationship intensives meet you where you are.

BEFORE REACHING OUT
Is intensive therapy right for you?
These are the questions I ask every prospective intensive client to reflect on — not as gatekeeping, but as preparation. Come as you are. The 30-minute consultation is always the real assessment.
Are you currently navigating a personal crisis, trauma, or emotional stuck point that feels too urgent or complex for weekly therapy?
Are you ready and willing to invest in your healing with time, emotional energy, and financial commitment?
Can you commit to attending longer therapy sessions on available days — Monday evenings, Wednesdays evenings, Friday daytime, or Saturday mornings?
Have you tried traditional weekly therapy before and felt it didn't go deep enough or move fast enough for your current needs?
Are you emotionally prepared to engage in a focused therapeutic process that may include brain-body or parts-based trauma work?
If you answered yes to most of these, intensive therapy is likely a strong fit. The 30-minute consultation is always the real assessment — come as you are, and we'll figure it out together.
Not sure? That's okay too. Reach out and describe where you are. If intensive therapy isn't the right fit right now, I'll point you toward what is — including adjunct therapy, weekly therapy, or another referral.
