Group Clinical Supervision
rooted in identity, culture & care
A professionally enriching space for early-career and post-licensed mental health counselors to deepen clinical skill, process complex cases, and grow alongside peers — in community
Why group clinical supervision?
Clinical supervision doesn't have to be isolating. Group supervision creates something individual sessions often cannot: the living, breathing wisdom of a room full of clinicians working through similar challenges together.
When you sit with colleagues who understand the weight of the work — the vicarious trauma, the cultural navigation, the documentation demands — something shifts.
You stop feeling alone in the hardest moments.
At GroundingHearts, group supervision is held within a framework of psychological safety, cultural humility, and intersectional awareness. This is a space where your full identity is welcomed—not just your clinical role.
Who this is for?
This offering is designed for post-licensed mental health counselors, particularly those in the early years of practice , pre-licensed clinicians are being accepted, who are seeking LMHC-qualifying supervision hours or professional support as they navigate the complexities of independent clinical work.
