How you treat your temple is far more vital and important and we all are facing some major life changes that ASKS US TO FOCUS ON how we fuel and appreciate what we PUT into our bodies and WHAT we do with our bodies and HOW you listen to your body!
See - I want to be transparent that I have my hiccups and I am so cool with that because I do not not to explain my eating lifestyle because I live in FLOW. I accept all parts of me and I have learned WHAT MY BODY NEEDS AND DOES NOT NEED.
Thus, leading me to make some changes that shifted my body weight, nourished my love for food again and also really makes me feel fucking happy when I am munching on something that ACTUALLY. Does not hurt me.
Sometimes the dis-ease is not outside of YOU. It is within!
