The Healing of ended(ing) Relationships

December 16, 2017

Lets take a moment to honor that we operate from positive and negative habits that either serve us or harm us. These are trained substitutes from what we can be operating for and therefore are TEMPORARY!

Breathe in, breathe out.

Breathe in, breathe out.

Breathe in, breathe out.

Breathe in, breathe out.

Just the other day I was thinking about old friendships long lost and had. Relationships that seem distant and others that I at one time cared so deeply to nurture because the thought of losing a dear friend, loved one felt like the following:

a. I felt like a relational failure

b. Maybe something was wrong with me

c. Did I not operate from a place of love?

Alrighty! Did anyone notice that was my shadow critic talking? These driven by emotions, but true early childhood experiences that formed how I operated.

Like duh…..

So I sat out to YES —— meditate on it! Speak to my spirit team and pull my cards to receive a sound clear message.

THEN I SAW IT! As clear as day!

I was not the problem! The way I viewed it was a problem! Of course I operated from love, if I was operating from love -right? But how did I heal these negative or fractured relationships that no longer served me. How could I move forward and heal them?

I learned and honored the lessons taught from the relationships.

To reflect on the memories of the relationships.

To draw from a Divine compassion and loving place.

It all was like a cleanse and then it was over. I was able to take a breathe, feel the emotions that came and honor the lessons learned from a Divine loving and compassionate place.

Now I am off for some green tea.
