Hypnosis is powerful, deep mindfulness and experimental approach that can effectively treat the symptoms as well as the underlying root causes of current patterns. Hypnosis is a hypnotic phenomenon that provides controlled access to memories that may otherwise be kept unconsciously. A hypnotic state or "trance-like" state allows people to explore painful thoughts, feelings, and memories they might have hidden from their conscious mind allowing for a deeper understanding of underlying conditions for a positive restructuring of those manifesting patterns and body memories. Hypnosis sessions will be solution-focused towards the client's desire to release certain mental and emotional patterns.

BRAINSPOTTING

A brain-body approach to healing emotional and mental conditions. Brainspotting is a rapid change modality. It helps the release of programmed conditions, release trauma, and body memory!

Brainspotting is a relational, neurobiological and mindfulness-based approach so that clients can receive and process information readily. A Brainspotting session is not focused on establishing a diagnosis, yet focused on is the focus of the session and how this impacts your life. You do not need to wait following trauma or stressful event to initiate a Brainspotting session. In fact, it's essential to pursue your intervention for significant integration of those experiences. Brainspotting approach is fostered the client leads the therapist in every session​ with the use of dual attunement.

Who is Brainspotting for?

Brainspotting has been found to benefit those who have experienced a stressful, distressing trauma. This form of therapy has been shown to be an effective treatment option for those experiencing:

  • All forms of trauma

  • Anxiety

  • Attention issues (ADHD)

  • Anger issues

  • Phobias

  • Substance abuse

  • Chronic fatigue and chronic pain

  • Impulse control issues

  • Sports performance issues

  • non-diagnosis

  • individuals, couples, and children (currently providing individual and couple sessions*)

  • non-diagnosis focused therapy*

 

FREQUENCY

Typically, clients come in for a minimum of 3 sessions after which time we assess and determine if more sessions are necessary for their target goals. Sometimes we have as many as 8 – or 28 – or more, but typically clients report notable shifts in a 3 to 6 session journey.

Tuesdays and Fridays: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesdays: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturdays: 8:00-1:00pm (*limited)
